■About “Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon Chronicles”
This package combines two titles from the Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon series—a nostalgic yet fresh 2D side-scrolling action game featuring an 8-bit-style aesthetic that captures its decadent and solemn world.
Players control the protagonist “Zangetsu,” an Eastern demon hunter who despises demons and alchemists, as he challenges a demonic castle teeming with monsters.
Recruiting characters Zangetsu encounters throughout the story increases the number of playable characters.
Switching between these multiple characters and utilizing their unique traits is key to progressing through the game.
Furthermore, this series unfolds an epic story composed of multiple scenarios supervised by IGA (Koji Igarashi).
*The first title, ‘Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon’, is the 8-bit style title promised during the 2015 Kickstarter campaign for ‘Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night’.

■Story
Once, there was a man cursed by the moon by a demon.
That man, “Zangetsu.”
Clothed in crimson robes, eyes aflame, he journeyed from darkness to darkness... to slay the demon who cursed him and destroy all demons.
One night, the man senses the presence of a great demon.
Destroy all demons...
Under the dim moonlight, the man swung his sword.
At the same time, the church, foreseeing the appearance of the “Demon Tower,” dispatched an exorcist to that land.
The church's apostle, “Dominic.”
Knowing Zangetsu, she raced through the dark night to join him urgently. Yet she harbored her own hidden motives, separate from the church's...
